Building personal relationships would help you with friends and the career world. This is because you will need good relationships with eveyone you work with including your friends becuase who would want to work with someone that they do not like? Selling your ideas I think would be more for the career world because if you can sell something to someone you can talk your way through anything. You could probably talk your way thorugh alot of job opportunities. Leadership also probably goes more with teh career world. Taking leadership and getting things done weather it be in a group at work or even with your friends, but with your friends you might not want to take too much leadership because they might think of it as you being bossy.
